Many awards are organised by your specific Industry Association where you compete against similar businesses and can be seen in your industry as a leader. Other awards are organised by Business Associations and Government Departments and encompass a specific business sector, such as home based business, family run business, or general business.

The Telstra Business Women's Awards are the most highly acclaimed womens business awards program in Australia. The Australian Retailers Association's Australian Retail Awards celebrate the best major retailers, smaller owner-operated stores and retail innovation, as well as the achievements of young retail talent across the country. National chain retail outlets, bank branches, etc, are not eligible. Locally owned franchise businesses may enter the Awards. It's a credible, rewarding program that can boost your business.
